A hydrocarbon cleaning machine is an industrial cleaning equipment that operates in a fully vacuum environment using hydrocarbon solvents or modified alcohol solvents as cleaning media. This device utilizes the cavitation effect of ultrasound to enhance the cleaning effect, reduces the boiling point of solvents through vacuum state, and achieves efficient penetration and dirt removal. Carbon hydrogen cleaning technology is a rapidly developing cleaning technology in recent years under the increasingly strict environmental requirements. The working principle of the hydrocarbon cleaning machine is based on the chemical principle of "similar solubility". Carbon hydrogen cleaning agents, along with most lubricating oils, rust proof oils, and machining oils, are non-polar petroleum fractions. According to the principle of similar solubility, carbon hydrogen cleaning agents are more effective in cleaning mineral oils than halogenated hydrocarbons and water-based cleaning agents. In a fully automatic vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning machine, the main production line usually consists of 2 vacuum degassing ultrasonic cleaning tanks, 1 strong vacuum ultrasonic cleaning tank, and 2 steam washing and vacuum drying sections. Its working principle is to use the strong mechanical vibration force of ultrasonic penetration to impact the surface of the workpiece, and combine it with the chemical cleaning effect of hydrocarbon cleaning agents to perform comprehensive cleaning under vacuum, so that the surface of the workpiece and blind holes and narrow slits meet the cleanliness standard. Cleaning and drying are usually carried out under vacuum conditions within a chamber. Heating the solvent temperature under vacuum conditions can improve the cleaning effect of the solvent; Drying under vacuum conditions can lower the boiling point of the solvent and achieve rapid drying.
碳氫清洗機的核心構成包括超聲波系統、真空脫氣系統、循環過濾系統、機械臂系統、真空干燥系統、真空蒸餾回收系統、碳氫濃度監測系統、自動滅火系統及電氣控制系統等。清洗劑中殘存的氣體較多,含氣量是水的8-10倍,超聲波振動子發出的高周波遇到氣體就會衰減,影響超聲波的精密清洗效果,因此需要真空脫氣系統先將槽內空氣抽盡。設備采用PLC自動控制,清洗工藝通常包括真空噴淋清洗、真空超聲波清洗、蒸汽清洗和真空干燥等多道工序。設備還配備蒸餾回收系統,實現碳氫清洗液的循環利用。
The core components of a hydrocarbon cleaning machine include an ultrasonic system, a vacuum degassing system, a circulating filtration system, a robotic arm system, a vacuum drying system, a vacuum distillation recovery system, a hydrocarbon concentration monitoring system, an automatic fire extinguishing system, and an electrical control system. There is a lot of residual gas in the cleaning agent, with a gas content 8-10 times that of water. The high-frequency waves emitted by the ultrasonic oscillator will attenuate when encountering gas, affecting the precision cleaning effect of the ultrasonic waves. Therefore, a vacuum degassing system is needed to first exhaust the air in the tank. The equipment adopts PLC automatic control, and the cleaning process usually includes multiple processes such as vacuum spray cleaning, vacuum ultrasonic cleaning, steam cleaning, and vacuum drying. The equipment is also equipped with a distillation recovery system to achieve the recycling of hydrocarbon cleaning solution.
在安全設計方面,由于碳氫清洗劑具有易燃特性,閃點在50℃-75℃之間,碳氫清洗機配備了防爆電器和自動滅火裝置等安全設計。設備具有清洗效果好(與CFC-113相當或更好)、與所有清洗物材質有很好的相容性、性能穩定無殘留物、不破壞臭氧層、低毒、全球溫室效應低等一系列優良特性。
