在該系統中設有過濾器，對槽液進行動態過濾，以維持槽液的清潔度。當工件出槽，經過過濾的液體流經槽體上部的噴淋環節對工件進行一次沖洗，以便沖掉工件出槽，以避免其對下道槽液造成污染。

根據被清洗工件的形狀、體積、批量等確定超聲波清洗機的輸送方式及控制方式。典型的輸送方式有——懸鏈、網帶、雙鏈、步進、電葫蘆、自行葫蘆、滾筒、轉盤、龍門架、機械手、吊籃、推盤等等。

根據被清洗工件表面狀況，有清洗機配備噴淋漂洗工序，將超聲波清洗和噴淋清洗有機地結合起來。

根據被清洗工件的狀況，有清洗機配備烘干系統，烘干系統主要由加熱器、風機、吹風噴嘴等組成，溫度自動控制。

According to the condition of the cleaned workpiece, a cleaning machine is equipped with a drying system, which mainly consists of a heater, a fan, and a blowing nozzle, with automatic temperature control.
